The work injuries see a dramatic increase during this time. After the beginging of the time there will be a lot of injuries in the different production areas. Other than the workers there are also other people who are affected by his. Students also suffer during this period and they are known to score the lowest during this period of time. The secondary school student suffer most. The health of a lot of people deteriorates during this time. This is mainly because of the changes in the times when people are exposed to sunlight. This affect the rate at which melatonin is produces. Melatonin is the hormone that is used to control sleep. This will make people go without sleep through the night.
It is possible that people are going to take some time to recover from the adjustment. A lot of people get heart attacks during this period. The concept of daylight savings was introduced after the Second World War as a measure to save fuel and energy. At this period there is no energy being save because today a lot of things have changed and the world does not function the same way it used to. It is the opposite because people tend to use more energy when it is hot using the air conditioner and the vice versa when it cold with heater.
